My two young kids claim that O’Charley’s is their favorite restaurant. Why? One simple reason: the rolls. They absolutely love the rolls. Turns out, they’re not alone. Nashville-based O’Charley’s conducted focus-group studies to determine what folks most associated with the O’Charley’s experience. Big surprise: the rolls! As a consequence of this enlightening consumer data, O’Charley’s launched this week a new TV ad campaign geared around their rolls. Hopefully, it won’t air in the Knoxville market. If my kids see it, my chicken casserole ain’t gonna cut it for dinner.
