We had such a positive reaction to our last company newsletter — on the subject of authenticity (you can request a copy of the spring newsletter on the main site) — that I thought this tidbit on the subject might make for a good follow-up. 

Acclaimed designer Giorgio Armani, when asked about the secret to his long-time success, replied that in an industry that thrives on change, his philosophy is to avoid trends. ”People can rely on me to always be Armani, and there’s something attractive about consistency in a world that moves at an incredibly rapid pace.  I am all about timeless appeal.” Another good lesson for us that people value brands that they understand and that ring true to who they really are.
