Ackermann PR has been working with www.abunga.com on a media relations program to help build local awareness following the site’s launch. Abunga.com is designed to be a family-friendly online bookstore that blocks pornography and other objectionable materials from its “shelves.” The company also donates 5% of sales revenue to charities and churches chosen by the customer. The new website was recently featured in the business section of the Knoxville News Sentinel. The company was also profiled on WBIR (Knoxville) and WJHL (Tri-Cities).
